I hear it from sleep-deprived individuals all the time…the number one thing they want is to be able to sleep.

That's it, just sleep! 

Can you imagine sleeping well every single night?

When my sleep became so bad that I lost the ability to function and had to give up work, I felt profoundly alone. I did not know how to help myself or how to get my sleep back on track. Other than being prescribed sleeping medication by my doctor (that didn't help), there was nobody I could reach out to for support. 

It felt like no one understood what it was like to WANT to sleep so badly and NOT be able to. Many well-meaning friends and family members suggested solutions…but they all just made me feel even more alone.

I don’t want you to be in this situation.

From my own experience and from working with clients, what I know works is taking a holistic approach to sleep issues. We do this by gaining awareness of our emotions, beliefs, and actions, and we establish the best environment for good quality sleep to come quickly and easily.
