Hi, my name is Carol and I am the founder of the Sleep Success Academy.
I struggled with acute sleeplessness for many years and I felt completely lost as to how to fix it. When my doctor offered me prescription medication, I took it because I believed it was my only option. But despite taking the medication, I still could not sleep.
That’s because it never helped me to figure out the root cause underlying my difficulties in falling asleep or staying asleep.
My sleeplessness became so severe that I had to stop working. I was no longer able to function within my family unit or society. During that time, I felt like my world was falling apart and nobody around me understood what it felt like to be so sleep-deprived.
I kept hearing things like…just change your job…go to bed earlier…take this supplement, etc...
No one understood and I felt so desperate and alone.
That was until I found a technique to help me deal with the stress of my life. I was then able to start slowly rebuilding my life with the support of my family and friends.
Having overcome my own sleeplessness I was inspired to build the Sleep Success Academy to help others grappling with the same issue. Through my personal experience, I know that we can provide the support you need on your journey to better sleep.
